How to pay

We accept deposits by Zelle, Venmo or wire transfer only. We don't use Stripe or take card payments — these are manual, person-to-person payment methods, so we build in extra trust steps before any money changes hands (see below).

Before you send a deposit

We offer a live video call so you can see the puppy in person (virtually) and ask any questions, before you commit to anything. We'll also send a written deposit agreement stating the refund policy in plain terms — read it before you pay, not after.

Step by step

1. Talk with us and, if you'd like, arrange a live video call. 2. We send a written deposit agreement with the puppy, price and refund policy stated. 3. You send the deposit by Zelle, Venmo or wire once you've read and agreed to it. 4. We confirm receipt and hold the puppy for you.
